A weekly class to recalibrate, link breath to movement, and renew the week’s intention.
Every week, we'll take a moment to sit, ground ourselves, and connect to the here and now. Meditation, when practiced regularly for even a few minutes at a time, allows us to feel calmer, more focused, and able to manage everyday stressors.
Meditation puts a welcome gap between stimulus and response. Sometimes that gap is all we need.
